NEW CLASSES INCOMING!!
This schedule is effective today, August 25th.
Beginner GI Class on Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. This class will be split mats with our regular Adult Gi Class!
New Women’s Only Gi class on Monday at 6. This class will be split mats with the Adult Gi.
We received great support last week from our Checkmat Daphne family, and it is in moments like these that we realize how important team unity is—and the importance of helping out however necessary so we can all grow together. We are Checkmat!
