We only had one birthday in April and it belonged to someone special🤍 Joslyn inspires others to be the healthiest, fittest and best version of themselves. She hikes, lifts weights and chases her cute grandkids around. To say Joslyn stays active is an understatement! We love having her as part of our fit fam🙌🏻 She chose a workout using the small ball. Wishing you a fit & fab year ahead!

We celebrated not one, not two, but three wonderful ladies’ birthdays in March☘️ Jen and Harpreet share the same birthday but we decided they should each get to choose their special bday workout. Harpreet picked kickboxing and Jen wanted to do a stability ball workout. Antu also chose kickboxing🙌🏻 We are so lucky to have them as part of our fitness community❤️ Wishing you a fit and fabulous year ahead!

Total Body Bootcamp

We celebrated the birthdays of two special women this month🎉
Renee is an OG! She was coming to my classes long before Contagious Fitness, before the basement, back when I taught “bootcamp in the park”💪🏻 Thanks for sticking around my friend!
Chanel is newer to our fit fam, she comes to classes with her MIL Joslyn. Chanel is a new mom and I’m so proud of her for making time for her workouts!

A little late birthday post for our January birthdays🎉 Tracey, Dina & JoAnne all celebrated their special day with a workout of their choice💪🏻 Love these ladies and I am truly thankful to have them as part of our Fit fam!
