From the very beginning, Amy has poured so much love, energy, creativity, and dedication into creating the space we’re so proud to call Urban Zen. She’s not only an owner, but a teacher, a leader, a friend, and someone who genuinely cares about every person who walks through our doors.

As summer begins to soften into fall, join us for a soulful journey from movement into stillness.

We’ll begin with an energizing Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, transition into grounding Yin postures, and close with a deeply restorative sound healing. Together, we’ll honor the changing season, find balance between light and dark, and create space to release what we no longer need to carry. ✨
