✨An Introduction to Headstands ✨

Join Joanna on Saturday, June 20th from 12:00–1:30 PM as we learn the foundations of a safe and strong headstand in a supportive, fun, and welcoming environment.

Whether you’ve never attempted a headstand before, are working toward getting upside down, or already have a headstand practice and want to refine your technique, this workshop is for you!

Together we’ll explore:
• Proper alignment and body positioning
• Core and shoulder engagement
• Building strength and confidence
• Safe entry and exit strategies
• Common alignment errors and how to avoid them
• Variations and progressions for different experience levels

No matter where you are in your inversion journey, you’ll leave with practical tools, drills, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to build a strong, sustainable headstand practice.
