This month, Zhang Sah is proud to join programs across the country in celebrating Lights On Afterschool, a national recognition of the important role afterschool programs play in supporting children, families, and communities.

And this year is extra special for us. Lights On Afterschool is celebrating its 27th year, while Zhang Sah is celebrating 29 years of supporting children beyond the school day!

For us, afterschool is about more than having a place to go when school ends. It’s a time for students to do homework, stay active, practice martial arts, explore their creativity, build friendships, and develop confidence and character.

Youth martial arts at Zhang Sah gives kids a place to move, learn, practice, and challenge themselves, while developing skills they can carry far beyond the mat.
