I have 8 practice runs before my Gritty 5k. We all have to practice before we so up or we strike out.

Public speaking you should not just show up, but should practice.

In your career find ways to practice your future position even if you are not there yet.

Me I'm workingbon doing more Public Speaking which is different from lecture speaking.

So I hired a coach to help me get there faster.

Teenagers are working hard to get to the next level in their careers, so did we stop? How are we getting to the next level if we don't put in the extra work and learn from those who did it before?

Why start from nothing when there are people out there who can share their knowledge and experiences.

I wish I had all this when I was a kid. Now there are all kinds of coaches for practically everything.
