Here’s the MP difference, in a parent’s words:

“I appreciate how you guys teach the game the right way and handle the kids.”

- TEAM MP parent

We teach the game and coach the kids the right way: building better players, better teammates, and better people.

Win by 20. Lose by 20. What did anyone learn?

Too many AAU games quietly take development off the table:

• Blowouts
• Running clocks
• Refs who don’t stay locked in or run the floor
• Little coaching in the moment

Kids deserve better: competitive games, a full clock, present officials, real coaching, meaningful minutes, and game-speed reps where every player touches the ball.

That is the reset.

Coach John McArdle connected with people because he cared. The relationships were real, the standards were high, and the lessons went far beyond the game.

Coach McArdle left us a few years ago. His lessons didn’t. They keep moving through the people he coached : and the kids they send to us.

His basketball lessons still live on: in the players he coached, the coaches he influenced, and the next generation learning to compete, think, lead, and make their teammates better.

That’s what basketball can do. It connects us, shapes us, and keeps teaching us long after the final whistle.

Great day the courts!

When the skies opened up and we studied film and ate pizza at Oreland Pizza.
