[09/15/15]   Remember - tonight is the new permanent night for our Wrestling class. 7-8, and taught by our resident expert and incredibly experienced coach, Tyler. Check it out and add to your game.

[09/04/15]   Holiday schedule - For the Labor Day weekend, we will be training these hours : Saturday will be normal 11AM-1PM class, and no Monday Evening classes. THERE WILL BE a special Monday morning class from 11AM-1PM. Everyone from ALL Team Megaton affiliates are invited, as well as anyone training with Prof Carlos Farias. For those who normally are only able to come to the night classes, this is a great chance to get in on a daytime session. Celebrate the holiday the jiu-jitsu way!

[08/26/15]   Big Announcement! Starting September 11th, we will be adding a Friday night Open Mat class. From 6-7PM, come and get in some extra training while still having plenty of time to enjoy the weekend. You can even take advantage of the shower and clean up at the gym and head out to Friday night shenanigans directly after training!

One more opportunity to get better. Take advantage!

[04/23/15]   While Professor Megaton is competing in Abu Dhabi, we are are holding down the fort and keeping the training going. This week in Fundamentals class, we covered the Guillotine and a couple of defenses, for both self-defense and on the mat. We also introduced half guard. For Intermediate class, we worked on some solid De La Riva sweeps and rolled and drilled A LOT!

Sending good thoughts eastward as Professor Megaton brings home more championships!
