Year three of RiseFit Fest is here, and this one feels even more special.

We are bringing back our three day fitness festival in October, and we have officially launched the first ever RiseFit Collective virtual giveback series. It is already in motion, and it is not too late to join us.

Both projects support Ability360 here in Phoenix. Their work creates real access, real independence, and real opportunity for people with disabilities. I believe in their mission, and I believe in the power of community when we move with purpose.

This year, we are also hosting a FREE All Abilities Master Class on Saturday October 17 at 8 AM. It is a chair dance workout that you simply cannot miss. We want to see you there, moving with joy and celebrating inclusive fitness at its best.

You can support in two ways.
