This is the kind of project that reminds me why I lead with like minded individuals: real people, real impact, real community showing up for something bigger than themselves.

For 2 months, fitness instructors and coaches from across the country are volunteering their time, their talent, and their heart to help us raise awareness and funds for Ability360, an organization that empowers independence, inclusion, and possibility for people with disabilities.

We’re teaching. We’re connecting. We’re giving back.
And we’re proving what happens when leaders step up and a community rises with them.

The movement starts now.

Every afterdark.fitness event is built for one reason: the Arizona dance fitness community showing OUT. We turn the lights low, crank the energy high, and bring every format you love into one electric, themed night where the whole room becomes the stage.

On 8/8, we’re going full RETRO vibes, throwback heat, and a lineup that proves why AZ is one of the strongest dance‑fitness communities in the country.

Expect Zumba, MixxedFit, COMMIT, Island Girls, and more… all coming together to put on a show you don’t just watch…you FEEL.
