Jochen Kronier, thank you for inviting me into your studio in Berlin many moons ago. I’ll never forget that day, as well as so many others, that you instilled in me this sense of wonder, joy, purpose and inspiration to experiment and create.

You opened your heart and arms to so many of us…you made the world beautiful and gifted us with a perspective that was nothing short of magic.

When I think to you, I think to WONDER. Your feet were planted on this earth, but I think we all knew that you were a gift from the stars.

I hope we never stop celebrating you, because every generation deserves to know, needs to know, your astonishing legacy.

It breaks my heart to know you are no longer here, but every time I look up at night, I’ll know you are shining brightly- surely giving the North Star a run for its money…
