We’re excited to announce more details about our fall training session with No Boundaries, beginning on August 1st, 2026!

🟡 We are excited to introduce two new coaches to help you complete your first 10k. If that’s your goal distance, we’ll help you safely build mileage and confidence along the way.

🟡 If your goal is to transition from walk-run intervals to continuous running, we’ll help you safely achieve this.

🟡 Open to all fitness levels, this program will conclude with The Great Race 5K or 10K this fall.

We are excited about our demo run with Mizuno on Sunday! We will be demoing the Neo Vista 3 and Wave Rider 30.

Check-in begins at 7:00 AM. The run begins promptly at 7:30 AM. Routes of 3-, 6- and 10-miles are available. Long Runs are open to the public and all paces are welcome.
