WHAT EVEN IS HOTWORX?

HOTWORX is a 24/7 fitness studio where all of our ISOMETRIC sessions (30-45 minutes) and HITT sessions (15 minutes) are done within an infrared sauna!🔥All classes are virtually led and can fit up to 3 people! This allows members to utilize the studio whenever they want as they can book their sessions and gain access to the door via their app!

We also have a functional training space (The FX Zone) where there are free weights, a cable machine and other equipment for use pre or post workout!

HOTWORX is all about getting the the most efficient training done in the least amount of time while you can experience a 15-45 session all while maximizing calorie burn and metabolic response through the combination of HEAT, INFRARED ENERGY and EXERCISE!

If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥
