We are proud of our young stars that are starting to learn a small bit about distance training. They have all worked hard to put some mileage together over the last 3 weeks! Looking forward to seeing what they can do in the future!!

Runner of the week goes to Xander Davanon!We are proud of the excitement that he brings to our running community!!

Detweiller at Dark Race and Boys came up with 3RD PLACE finish in the HS open race out of 20 teams!!

5th-9th graders looking to get in shape for fall sports and play fun fitness game can come and attend our distance club. Second meeting tomorrow at PHS track 10am-11am.

We had couple athletes who came to our sunrise run at 5:15am and breakfast!! Great dedication to beat the heat!!

Congratulations to both Jess and Christian!! They have been spreading positivity and excitement for running!! Their positive attitude is contagious!!

Middle School Distance club today with some mileage under our belt and fun games with prizes to end the day. Run for fun and enjoy the process. Each athletes will have the opportunity to add to their mileage at home for a prize.

This crew continues to run for each other and building something special together. They are consistent and work hard!! Month of June was great as we ran 943 miles together and logged 130 hours of running and building great Aerobic Engines!! Excited for what to come this XC season!!
