It is truly a space of connection, inspiration, and discovery.
Inside MIP, Im offering a group reading and hosting workshops designed to support your journey and expand your awareness.

Today’s message is about surrender.
When we surrender to a new idea—to the energy, the daily steps, and the unfolding process it requires—we open ourselves to something greater than we could have planned. Surrender is not giving up; it is allowing. It is trusting. It is creating space for inspiration, clarity, and guidance to enter in ways we may never have imagined.
Surrender invites flow. It invites light. It invites possibility.
Today, I invite you to follow your dream—whatever is calling to your heart. Take the steps that feel aligned, and allow yourself to release attachment to the outcome. Trust the process. Enjoy the journey. Grow through each moment as you co-create this magnificent life.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) believes that no one should have to navigate mental health challenges alone.
NAMI Portneuf Valley is a community of families, friends, and individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental illness. Through advocacy, education, support groups, classes, and community outreach, they work to create hope, connection, and understanding for those facing mental health challenges.
Did you know that 1 in 5 people experience a mental health condition each year?
To help meet that need, NAMI provides free peer-led support groups, educational programs, presentations, and resources right here in our community.
Representatives Erika Neiner and Jeffrey van Rooyen will be joining us to share not only information about NAMI’s mission and resources, but also their own personal experiences of living with a diagnosis and navigating the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Mental health matters. Community matters. Connection matters.
