Benefits of Breathing Out when you strike!!

1. Increases Power and Speed: Exhaling sharply while punching or kicking engages your core muscles, creating more force and speed in your strikes. It maximizes energy transfer from your body to your target.

2. Improves Oxygen Flow: Controlled breathing ensures you're efficiently exchanging oxygen, preventing you from gassing out. Proper exhalation helps maintain endurance during longer rounds.

3. Enhances Focus and Rhythm: Exhaling with each strike helps maintain a steady rhythm and timing, keeping you relaxed and focused. It aligns your breathing with your movements, ensuring fluidity in combinations.

4. Reduces Tension: Holding your breath while striking can cause unnecessary tension, slowing down your movements. Exhaling releases that tension, allowing for smoother and more efficient strikes.

5. Protects Against Impact: By exhaling upon impact, especially when absorbing a punch or kick, you help brace your body and protect your core. It helps mitigate the shock and reduce the risk of injury.

6. Prevents Fatigue: Holding your breath during striking can lead to quick fatigue. Regular exhalation helps maintain your energy over the course of a fight.
