Coach Dina took a trip to Seattle to watch the US Women's National Team play Japan, and to attend the SheBelieves Summit, a leadership platform looking to connect and inspire the next generation of female leaders. Hearing her favorite coach (Emma Hayes) speak was a highlight of the experience.

First thing: please don't argue with the referee decisions!
The answer is: all of them but the last, unless the bottle enters the field (then it's a red card). Also, if you delay your OWN team's restart, that's only a yellow card.
The important takeaway here is never enter the field to argue a call. You may think you are not being heard and be tempted to step closer or approach the referee, but as soon as you step onto the field, the referee is well within their powers to send you off. I see coaches do this a lot, and I have seen coaches sent off for what would otherwise be a yellow card because they entered the field.
This is Presley Miller, from the NCA 2012 girls team playing and scoring in her first competitive game back after a year out with a torn ACL. Everyone from her team is so proud of the hard work and dedication she has put in to be able to return to play before the end of the season.
