Mother Nature has thrown everything at us this year during our 20 minute Daily Walking Challenge. Nearly 2 feet of snow, whipping winds and unrelenting cold weather.
Single digit temps didn’t stop 20 of us this morning - including 6 little ones!
We set off from .studio looped through Strawberry Bank to check out the ice skaters and found prime snow angel spots in Prescott Park. After that we charged back up State Street to have waiting for us, with a special GAIN menu. Thanks for coming out everyone, way to get it done in the cold.

This summer, we’re chasing one of the coolest goals in running: a fast mile.
We’re kicking off an 7-week speed-focused training block with just 2 runs/week. It starts with a 6-minute max distance test the weekend of June 21st—and we want you to get involved.
