Most people don’t struggle with fitness because they “lack motivation.” They struggle because they’re missing the system.

Nutrition: most people think they’re eating “pretty good”… but they’re not tracking, not fueling performance, and not following a plan they can repeat.
Training: “going to the gym” isn’t a program. Random workouts = random results. No progression = no change.
Recovery: you can’t outwork poor sleep, stress, and zero recovery structure.
And peptides? They’re not a shortcut. If the foundation is broken, nothing stacks on top of it.

That’s why we’re a training program—not a gym. Big box gyms are where people wander and repeat the same stuff for years. Boot camps change everything nonstop to keep it “fun”… and still don’t progress.

Hard truth: if everyone at your gym looks the same year after year, you’re not training… you’re socializing.

Your community should raise your standards, not shrink your goals. If you’re ready for structure, progression, and measurable results—come train with us.

Join us THIS SATURDAY for our annual Memorial Day Murph, from 9-11AM. 🇺🇸🪖 The Murph Challenge is a popular Memorial Day workout done to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005.

Murph workout:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

Stop waiting to feel ready. Come suffer, sweat, and finish Murph with a community that pushes you to be better.

ALL are welcome.

Weight loss meds can be a great tool—but they’re not a shortcut.

What’s hurting people is using them with extreme calorie cuts, no real lifting, and zero medical guidance. That combo doesn’t build a healthier body… it just creates a smaller, weaker one.

And “size 0” should never be the goal. There’s no magic goal *weight*.
There’s a goal *body composition*—and the scale alone can’t tell you that story.

If the plan is “take the meds and don’t eat,” you’ll end up with the same problem in a different package. If you never learned how to train, how to eat, and how to stay consistent, then when the medication ends… the old habits come right back.

The game isn’t weight loss.
It’s building habits that keep *you* in control—with or without the meds.

Tesamorelin vs. CJC-1295/Ipamorelin 👇

While both support growth hormone release, Tesamorelin may be the better option for individuals specifically targeting visceral fat reduction, metabolic health, and body composition changes.

Why I may recommend Tesamorelin over CJC-1295/Ipamorelin:
• More targeted research on reducing deep abdominal (visceral) fat (It is currently used for HIV-related lipodystrophy, like NAFL)
• May support improved waist circumference and body composition
• Can provide a more predictable GH pulse response in some individuals
• Often preferred when metabolic health markers are a priority (elevated LDL, total cholesterol, Apo-B, etc)
• May help support recovery, sleep, and lean muscle retention during fat loss phases

CJC-1295/Ipamorelin can still be a great option, especially for recovery, sleep quality, and generalized GH support…but goals, labs, and response all matter when deciding what’s appropriate.

At Elite Integrated Performance, we believe optimization should be individualized, not one-size-fits-all. 💉📊

“Working out” and “training” aren’t the same thing.

Working out is:
- Showing up and sweating
- Random exercises because they feel hard
- Chasing soreness, chasing calories, chasing a vibe
- No real progression, no real target
- Better than nothing… but it’s usually why people plateau

Training is:
- A plan with a purpose
- Specific goal → specific program
- Progression built in (weeks/months, not “today”)
- Nutrition that supports the work (protein, carbs, timing)
- Recovery that protects results (sleep, stress, mobility, soft tissue)
- Data + accountability so you *know* it’s working

If your goal is “feel better,” a workout can do that.
If your goal is “change your body, performance, labs, and longevity,” you need training.

At EIP we don’t guess. We assess, build the plan, and execute it—training + nutrition + recovery, all integrated.

Drop “TRAIN” in the comments and I’ll tell you the first thing we look at when building a program.

Cardio has benefits - but strength training is what truly changes body composition, builds muscle, improves metabolism, and creates longe term results.

That’s why our programming at Elite Integrated Performance focuses on getting stronger, moving better, and progressing overtime.
