welcome to june ☀️

are you ready for a summer that makes you feel alive?

it’s surprisingly easy to spend the whole season waiting.

waiting until work calms down.
waiting until life feels less busy.
waiting until you have more energy.
waiting until you’ve been more PRoDuCTivE.

this month is an invitation back🔥

back to movement.
back to connection.
back to curiosity.
back to laughter.
back to the version of you that says yes a little more often.

join us!

this weekend, we celebrated our newest 200-hour YTT graduates✨

over the past several months, these humans practiced, explored, questioned themselves, stepped outside their comfort zones, and learned to trust their own voices.

and this weekend?
we got to watch all of that come alive.

each class felt thoughtful, personal, creative, and deeply real — a reflection not just of what they’ve learned, but of who they’re becoming.

we are so proud of them 😭

and if you’ve been watching this weekend thinking
“wait… i want this…”

our 2026 200-hour YTTs are almost full 👀
(and will be on sale during our summer solstice free week festival ☀️ june 21–27! shhhh — save the date!!)

these trainings are the foundation for everything you’re seeing here:
the confidence.
the creativity.
the community.
the self-trust.
the aliveness.

become a better human ✨

community drum circle✨
friday, may 22, 6pm-7:30pm
led by christine wright❤️

💸 free for members!
💰 $5 for non-members
👭🏻 ages 10+ welcome

Join us in circle as we come together to make some joyful sounds. When we drum together in community it feels like a breath of fresh air in our stressed out world.

Drumming has been shown to reduce anxiety, release pain in our body, enhance our mood, create a community connection, boost our immune system and so much more.

The sound of the drum is a heartbeat – it reminds us to listen deeply and invites us to dance in celebration of this precious life.

Bring a drum or any percussion instrument – extras will be provided.

we can’t wait!

we danced our hearts out in the forest✨

Live music, aspen trees, and the best of Provo’s weirdly wonderful showed up in full fairy force — and something genuinely magical happened.

MonkeyPaw brought the music, the canyon held the space, and the people? We did the rest.

This is what we’re here for. Not a performance, not a class — just bodies in motion, alive together under open sky.

Because when we dance, we are alive. Together.

We’ll do this again.
The forest is calling! ⛰️

mood: green butterfly wings or mongolian wool?🦋

i was in the bath after a very busy day—
my body said: rest. my brain said: “okay but how could we strategize during this rest?” and i realized:

OMG. gross.

(i 💜 u, capitalism)

this is the thing i keep noticing in highly creative people — we’re natural optimizers. but at some point you have to ask yourself:

what am I actually optimizing for?

because I am here to enjoy my life.

so I want to optimize for aliveness. for delight. for curiosity that has absolutely no ROI and feels genuinely good anyway.

that’s what The Creative Underground is about.
our first beta cohort met this week. people joined from London, Amsterdam, Athens, Egypt, Colorado, Arizona, Houston, and Utah. within twenty minutes we were building a magic mansion together and someone described their mood as Mongolian wool✨

I’ve been buzzing ever since.

cohort two is coming this summer.
link in bio if you want to be first to know!🌿

p.s. — we also learned that a horsefly was named Scaptia beyonceae because a scientist thought it was v bootylicious. this is the kind of thing we talk about. you’ve been warned🪰
