Meet Little Simone! 💙
Little Simone grew up climbing trees, reading Nancy Drew, and dreaming of becoming a detective.
She always wanted to know what was around the next corner.
Turns out...
She never stopped exploring.
These days she’s still happiest near the water, discovering new places, and connecting with people wherever she goes.
One thing she’s most proud of?
“I’ve kept going forward, even when I didn’t know how, or where I was going.”
The version of Simone that showed up in Greece reminded all of us of something simple:
Joy is contagious❤️
If Big Simone could tell Little Simone one thing? It’d be:
“The woman you’re becoming, she is going to make you proud.”
🥹😭 We are so proud of you, Simone!

🌮 BRUNCH + MINGLE: TACO BAR! 🌮
This month’s Brunch + Mingle is heading outside! ☀️
📍 Kiwanis Park, Provo
🗓 Sunday, August 2
🕦 11:30am
Join us Sunday, August 2 at 11:30am at Kiwanis Park for a giant community taco bar as we celebrate one of our favorite humans... Rosa! ❤️
For more than 10 years, Rosa has quietly cared for The Yoga Underground—keeping our studio sparkling clean, our plants alive (no small feat 😂🌿), and helping this place feel like home.
We’ll be hanging out, eating tacos, making new friends, catching up with old ones, and wishing Rosa the happiest birthday.
Bring your family. Bring a friend. Bring yourself.
And if you’d like to contribute to the taco bar, we’ve got a sign-up sheet with toppings, drinks, sides, and more! 🌮
It’s free, everyone’s welcome, and we’d love to see you there!❤️
Comment 🌮 and we’ll send you the RSVP link!!!

Meet Little Ady! 💙
Little Ady dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, loved monkey bars, watermelon, snickerdoodle cookies, and spending every minute she could playing with her siblings.
She described herself in one word:
☀️ sunshine.
(Favorite show? Dora the Explorer😎)
One thing Little Ady would never believe?
That one day she’d make it all the way to Greece...
..living the life she used to dream about✨
Her favorite memory from Greece wasn’t one single moment.
It was sailing through Milos...
surrounded by laughter,
the ocean in every direction,
and feeling like there wasn’t a problem in the world!
One of the biggest things Ady wants to carry home from Greece?
The confidence to keep taking control of her life 💪🏼
Maybe the strongest thing Little Ady would notice...
She never stopped playing.
She just got braver!!
Big Ady wants Little Ady to know: “You are stronger than you think.” 🥹💙

sunset ecstatic dance!
we danced our hearts out at the slab 🌅 🪩✨
i didn’t grow up dancing.
well... actually, i did. tap, jazz, and ballet when i was little—until a dance teacher told me i might be better at basketball. (she wasn’t wrong😂)
so I (unsurprisingly) stopped believing I was allowed to do things I wasn’t already good at.
i stopped dancing.
i never stopped loving dance. i just stopped letting myself participate in it.
several years ago, i found my way back—not by learning choreography or trying to look a certain way, but by discovering that i’m allowed to move simply because it feels good.
it doesn’t have to be graceful.
it doesn’t have to be impressive.
it doesn’t have to look like anything at all.
and that will feel like freedom.
ecstatic dance has become one of the places where i’ve practiced that freedom. where i’ve remembered that joy isn’t something you earn by being good enough.
it’s something you choose.
thank you for dancing with me.

brittany

meditation postcards
from the greek islands!
#2: soften
recorded by the ocean midway through our first retreat week in greece!
this one is softer.
slower.
more embodied.
this meditation is for anyone who is tired of bracing.
we talk about:
• how the nervous system adapts to environments
• softness as a form of intelligence
• learning to receive instead of constantly manage
• becoming reachable by your own life again
an invitation to unclench a little. to soften your jaw. to feel the breeze against your skin. to remember that your body was never meant to exist in a constant state of bracing.
listen on spotify -> rumi chats or inside our virtual studio✨
sending love from greece!
xx,
brittany 🌸
