Today, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country. 🇺🇸
Memorial Day is a reminder that freedom was purchased through extraordinary sacrifice by people who never made it home to their families.
We honor their courage, their service, and their legacy today.
And to the veterans in our community - Thank you. Your willingness to serve and answer the call matters deeply.

800 classes and counting! 💥🥊
Rob just annihilated his 800th session at RockBox North Raleigh, and he didn’t just break a sweat — he made it legendary. Even better? Michelle, our OG powerhouse coach, was the one leading the class and bringing the energy that helped shape this community from the beginning.
800 classes means early mornings, tired days, sore muscles, life happening… and still showing up anyway. That’s not motivation anymore — that’s identity. That’s discipline.
Huge respect to Rob for proving that small decisions repeated over time create massive results. The transformation isn’t just physical. Confidence hits different when you’ve kept promises to yourself 800 times. 👊
