Our friends at the Manhattan Beach 10K Run are opening up in-store registration on September 1st at the Village Runner South Bay, Manhattan Beach location. The best part of in-store is you walk out with your race bib in hand and can pay cash and avoid processing fees. Village Runner is open daily, 11am-6pm.

Who remembers the G.I. Joe Push-Up Challenge at the 4th of July 5k?
Hosted by South Bay fitness legend and former MMA/UFC fighter Joe “G.I. Joe” Charles, the annual push-up challenge became a race-day tradition, with competitors battling it out for a $1,000 cash prize.
We dug up some old footage and had to share it.
