I did not think this was going to end well… 😅
Thankfully it did! Jason was super cool about it and we got him and his family quickly on the road. 🚲⚡️
This doesn’t happen often but when it does, it’s very important that we handle the conversation professionally, gracefully, and we try to accommodate the client. We all make mistakes! 🤗
