As we approach our ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY…. We say goodbye to how our Saturday programming has traditionally functioned!

JOIN US THIS SATURDAY! 🥳🤩

🩰Ballet @ 10:00-11:15am with ZOE GRECO!
✨ Zoe has been a Resident Artist here at RMC for our opening season! She has helped us get open and moving, transferring her energy through this space and through the bodies of other dancers in our community. Her spirit, her teaching, her choreography and energy is why we got here to our ONE YEAR! Please join us for one last class of our OPENING SEASON with Zoe before she heads out for an amazing season working at JACOBS PILLOW! We are excited for her and blessed to be with her artistry.

✨ INTRODUCING✨The DOWN-HOME CHOREOGRAPHERS FEST! A local, bi-annual, choreographers festival that presents in February and July centered around a THEME!

THE LOVE SHOW was such a huge success… are you ready for THE DREAM SHOW!!??

Join us for THE DREAM SHOW this July! The idea of this series is to push for more choreography being made in Richmond! We understand that art making can sometimes get pushed to the back-burner if we don’t have a place or a prompt to get your creative juices flowing! So we wanted to create a show about DREAMS, where you can create a work around the topic— whatever that might look like or mean to you! Then we take a MONTH TO CREATE! Don’t think too much. Make choices. Learn to work creatively and collaboratively with other dancers. And put on a show! Maybe it’ll be terrible... or maybe it will be amazing!?! ...KIND OF LIKE DREAMS??? See what we’re going for here? A place to learn and grow together, nonetheless!

We will be taking about 10 choreographers for this first show! No need for videos, but please send in a blurb about yourself, your dance background, and why you’d like to be involved with this show!

We will also be holding an OPEN COMMUNITY AUDITION for dancers in the community that would like the opportunity to work with emerging choreographers in Richmond as well as have the opportunity to perform. This is a wonderful opportunity for choreographers to work with new dancers who are excited to move and expand your dance community!

☁️THE DREAM SHOW : Friday, July 10, 2026 @ 7:30pm
✍️CHOREOGRAPHER SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Monday May 25, 2026
👯‍♀️OPEN COMMUNITY DANCER AUDITION: Sunday, May 31, 2026

WE DO IT ALL FOR JULIA. ⚔️🕊️

Join us this week for a little movement therapy.
We lost one of our own this fall. The grief and weight has been tremendous. She was, is, and always will be a force to be reckoned with. The truest light I’ve ever witnessed. To know her is to understand that we are all connected. Through lightness and darkness. Through movement and art and expressing. The amount of SHEER JOY Julia brought to every single person she met is something I will hold onto tightly for the rest of my days. So let’s BE MOVED by her together on Tuesday night. Bring yourself as you are. No dance experience required. Just a love for Julia and the desire to move your body (if you want) in community with her peers and loved ones. Tissues, smiles, hugs, and stories accepted and provided. Let’s show up for each other like Julia showed up for all of us.

🕊️⚔️JULIA PASQUALE FOREVER ⚔️🕊️
