Evolution Teen Athlete Aubrey took home 1st place in the 12-14 age division at the Grizzly Strength Haunted Showdown! SHE ALSO TOOK 3RD OVERALL in the keg over bar last woman standing with a massive 175 lbs finish! Congratulations young lady! You are inspiring a new generation of Strong girls!!!
Her numbers are nuts.
Axle bar clean and press 50 lbs. 17 reps in 60 seconds.
Dead lift medley. Axle bar 125 x1, power bar 135x1, deadlift bar 145 lbs for FREAKING THIRTY reps!!! All in 90 seconds.
