Our first Junior Sports Camp of the summer comes to a close today! ⛳️🎾

A couple of thunderstorms may have rolled through, but JSC brought the energy all week long!

One thing is for sure: these campers know how to kick off a great summer! 😎☀️

Summer Camp is officially underway! ☀️

We kicked off the summer last week with Animal Kingdom Week and had a special visit from our friends at !🦎🐢🐍

Now it’s time to switch gears as we head into our first Junior Sports Camp of the summer! We can’t wait to see what adventures this week has in store 🏃‍♂️⚽🏀

Our weekly Mahjong Club has quickly become one of the most popular gatherings at the Club! 🀄✨

A special congratulations to member Maggie Lenkowski on winning her very first Mahjong game recently!

We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this growing group!

Summer weather has finally made its appearance ☀️🌊

Blue skies, warm temperatures, and pool days are here, making this the perfect weekend to spend at Hunting Hills. Grab a lounge chair, order your favorite poolside drink, and soak up the sunshine.

A huge congratulations to HHCC junior member Ashvin on an incredible accomplishment at the 2026 Scripps National Spelling Bee! 📚🏆

After winning the Roanoke County Spelling Bee in a historic 73-round battle and correctly spelling “CERTIORARI” to advance, Ashvin continued his impressive run at Regionals by spelling “OPEROSE” correctly to earn his spot at Nationals in D.C. He was the only student from his middle school to qualify for the national competition among 247 students from across the country!

While his spelling accomplishments are remarkable, many of us also know Ashvin for his love of tennis and the time he spends on the courts here at HHCC with his siblings and Coach Shepherd.

We are so proud of your hard work, determination, and dedication both in the classroom and on the courts. Congratulations, Ashvin! 👏🎾
