This was Coach Sofia, 10 years ago at her first move up ceremony! She’s went from a young student at Flip2It to a competitive aerial athlete and coach.
We love seeing our students grow up into the fabulous athletes, coaches, and people they are today!

Our coaches are great at demonstrating and spotting skills, so students know each step to a great trick! We’re here every step of the way, from their first attempt at the skill with a coach’s support, to nailing a trick all on their own.
