πŸ”₯ PLAYERS OF THE WEEK πŸ”₯

Big shoutout to these two for an incredible season!

⭐ Gracie earned Team MVP honors after all her hard work, leadership, and impact on the field!

πŸ’₯ Sydney was named Offensive Player of the Year and topped it off by crushing her first over-the-fence home run! πŸš€πŸ₯Ž

So proud of both of these athletes and everything they’ve accomplished. The future is bright! Keep putting in the work and enjoying the rewards! πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

πŸ’‘ Pitching Hack of the Week! πŸ₯Ž

Need help staying tall through your motion? Grab a pool noodle and slide it down the back of your shirt! πŸ‘

This simple visual cue helps pitchers maintain posture, stay stacked, and avoid collapsing their upper body during the drive phase. Staying tall allows for better direction, more power from the legs, and a more efficient delivery to the plate.

Sometimes the simplest tools create the biggest changes! πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ

Happy Sundayβ˜€οΈ:Connection Ball Drill πŸ”₯πŸ₯Ž

Place the connection ball under your back armpit and work on keeping your upper body connected throughout the swing.

Why it matters:
βœ… Keeps your back arm from flying away from your body
βœ… Promotes a more efficient swing path
βœ… Helps create better barrel control
βœ… Improves consistency and power through contact

Stay connected, stay compact, and let the barrel do the work. πŸ’ͺ⚑️

⭐️ PLAYER OF THE WEEK: SOPHIA GEDDIE ⭐️

What a season for Sophia! πŸ’ͺπŸ₯Ž

πŸ”₯ 100 strikeouts on the season
πŸ† Led her team to a Championship victory
πŸ‘Š Dominated in the circle when her team needed her most

Reaching 100 Ks is an incredible accomplishment, but helping lead your team to a championship makes it even sweeter! Congratulations, Sophia, on an amazing season and a well-deserved Player of the Week honor! πŸ’™πŸ’›

πŸ”₯ Hitting Drill of the Week: Back Hip Engagement πŸ”₯

This dry work drill is all about learning how to properly use your back side to create power at the plate. πŸ’₯

Place a PVC pipe in front of your back foot and hold it with both hands. As you rotate, focus on turning your back hip and back foot together. This helps hitters feel what it means to engage the back hip, create separation, and generate power from the ground up.

When the back hip works correctly, hitters can rotate more efficiently, stay balanced, and transfer more energy into the swing. ⚑️

Slow it down, feel the movement, and build the foundation for a more powerful swing! πŸ₯ŽπŸ”₯

Join me in the Zoe’s goal β€œMore than 4” Challenge πŸ’›
I nominate
Kids fighting cancer receive just 4% of federal cancer research funding and I think we can all agree, that is not enough.
Zoe’s Goal was founded by Zoe Suder: a 19-year-old soccer player and cancer warrior now facing her fourth diagnosis
Kids fighting cancer deserve more.

Welcome to the Zoe’s Goal β€œMore Than 4” Challenge: a social media movement to raise awareness and fund life‑saving childhood cancer research.

2. Nominate 4+ people to keep the chain going and they have 44 hours to complete the challenge.
3. Post it, tag , and use the hashtags ChildhoodCancer
4. Donate more than $4: tap the link in ’s bio or text ZOE to 707070 (or visit pledge.to/mt4zoesgoal
