Tomorrow evening we have teaching flow, she’s a recent YTT graduate, come support she’s amazing!! So thankful to have her at the studio.

Friday, I teach restorative yoga at YOGA VENTURE! 🧘‍♀️ 4:30-5:30pm come join! It’s going to be magical up in the wilderness with so many beautiful offerings all weekend. I will also be there to talk or answer any questions about the studio so can’t wait to connect with you!

We also have for a special class on Sunday with SOMA Breathwork! Definitely have to come experience her energy and magic. Members you get your special discount fyi!
