Our amazing teacher trainee, Hailey, will be stepping in to teach tonight's 5:30pm class while Eshani takes some well-deserved time to prepare for her board exams. 📚👏

Hailey has been deep in her SoulPath Yoga School training, showing up with dedication, heart, and a genuine love for sharing yoga. This is a beautiful opportunity to support a rising teacher and experience her unique voice and energy.

And can we take a moment to send Eshani all the good vibes as she studies? 🫶✨ We know she's going to do amazing things.

Prenatal Yoga Community Workshop 🤍

Expecting a baby? Getting ready for pregnancy? Or maybe you’re a yoga teacher eager to support your prenatal students—this workshop welcomes you.

Join Megan Tillman of Body Rich Movement for a special SoulPath Yoga School Community Workshop exploring the foundations of prenatal yoga and movement. Together, we’ll discuss how the body changes during pregnancy, how yoga can support those changes, and how to safely adapt movement throughout each stage.

This workshop is ideal for:

✨ Individuals preparing their bodies for pregnancy
✨ Yoga teachers who want to feel more confident when prenatal students attend class

Before Megan J. Hoeffner founded The Embodied Warrior, led international retreats, and trained practitioners around the world in yoga and sound healing, she was a student at Soul Yoga.

This community helped plant the seeds of a path that would grow into 18 years of teaching, healing, and service.

Now she's returning home.

Unpopular opinion: "Turning your brain off" is the hardest part of any wellness practice. 🫠👇
