My 27 week pregnant leg day!
I start out with a walk and some hip mobility (not shown here) then:
Hip thrust 4x8
Belt squat 4x10
RDL 4x10
Leg curl 4x10-15
It feels so nice to regain my strength after the first trimester took me out. I listen to my body, there will be days the weights are lower and there will be days where I feel like I can do more.

Incline curls are one of my favorite curl variations! Unfortunately I see many people get this wrong. You want to make sure that your arms are fully extended and the elbows stay pointing down the entire rep.
You don’t want your elbows to start pointing forward during your rep, that takes away from the bicep and involves more shoulder flexion.
