Today we celebrate moms. 💕

I always feel like I don’t deserve to be celebrated for being a mom — I chose this life, and I truly enjoy it (most of the time). But I have to be honest this time… I think I do deserve it, because being a mom means so much more than just the happy moments people may see from the outside — the mom walking around with her kids, smiling and holding it all together.

It takes so much strength, endless sacrifices, sleepless nights, worrying, giving so much of yourself, and continuing to show love even on the hardest days. The love you receive back is priceless, but sometimes it’s not something you fully see in the moment.

But this dedication to caring for someone doesn’t only apply to being a mother, but to everyone who is motherly. I have many friends who don’t have kids, and I find it unfair not to celebrate them too, because they dedicate their love, care, patience, and energy to others every single day — just like moms do.

That’s why, to me, today is also about everyone who nurtures, supports, protects, and cares deeply for the people around them. Thank you all so much for caring and making this world a better place.

Big moment for LANETHIX ✨I signed my very first storefront in Pacific Beach today… and it still feels surreal. What started as an idea, built with passion over the last 5 years with very long days in between everything else, is turning into something real you can soon walk into.
This brand means so much to me, and seeing it grow step by step is something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you all for being here, supporting, and believing in me and LANETHIX from the beginning 🤍 It will take some time to build the store the way I envision it - but please stay tuned and I hope to see you all at the grand opening ..
