🐾 We love your four-legged family members, but dogs will need to celebrate from home.
🍻 No outside alcohol, please—our bar will be open and ready to take good care of you.
🚗 Free parking is available, but with a big crowd expected, rideshare and carpooling are strongly encouraged.

Who’s ready for the Marin Rod & Gun Club Centennial Celebration?

For 100 years, this club has been built on more than fishing. It’s been built on stories, traditions, friendships, and generations of families.

Here are a couple of fun pieces of our history…

📍 Did you know?
John “Monty” Marzetta, whose name now graces our auditorium, was an early Club President and played a significant role in helping the Marin Rod & Gun Club acquire the beautiful waterfront property we still call home today.

🪑 Did you know?
The Banfield family opened Banfield Rug Cleaning on Magnolia Avenue in 1932. Scott Banfield (pictured with one of the original chairs) shared that his grandfather donated six chairs to the Club—one for each of his six children. A century later, those chairs are still part of our story.

Now that’s history. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our 9th Annual Classic Car Show, Kids Day Fundraiser, and Music by the Bay! From the incredible lineup of classic cars to the live music, dancing, and waterfront views, it was one of those perfect Marin summer days we’ll be talking about for a long time.

🏆 Congratulations to our “Favorite Car of the Day” winner, Sara Jansson, and her stunning 1957 Volvo!

When asked why this car is so special, Sara simply said:
“This car is the love of my life.” ❤️

Even more meaningful, it was passed down from her father, making it a beautiful reminder that classic cars aren’t just about chrome and horsepower—they’re about family, memories, and stories that live on through generations.

A huge shout-out to everyone who brought their incredible vehicles, to the Fargo Brothers for keeping the music going, to our volunteers who made the day possible, and to everyone who came out to support our Kids Day Fundraiser.

🚙 Gates open to the public at 9:00 AM — come check out an incredible lineup of classic cars, hot rods, and vintage favorites.

❤️ Kids Day Fundraiser in the auditorium.
Every dollar helps support a great cause, so come out, have fun, and help make a difference for local kids!

🎸 Music by the Bay kicks off at 1:00 PM featuring the Fargo Brothers, bringing their high-energy mix of rock, blues, and classic hits to the waterfront.

🍴 Hungry?
Enjoy our delicious pork sliders, coleslaw, and chips for $15 or pack your own picnic and make a day of it.

🐾 As much as we love them, dogs need to sit this one out.
