Some of our class offerings include Bikram, Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates, Barre, Yin, Gentle, Private instruction. We offer many types of yoga including Bikram, Power Vinyasa, Fusion, Restorative, Forrest, as well as private individual & group instruction. Classes are tailored around all ages & abilities...any class is suitable for a beginner! The level of heat varies by class, some are warm, some are hot, and some are downright juicy.

Wow we had the most amazing submissions for our logo design contest! It was a very difficult and close vote but we have a winner and they have been notified. It's going to be worth signing up for the challenge for the shirt so get your signups in this week! Thank you all for the creativity and great designs.
