We are so lucky that I have such amazing, kind and supportive members! However there is still a tiny tiny minority of people that cause us problems. Late payments, no payments then getting ghosted, and even the occasional “I didn’t come last month. Can I have a refund?” 🥴🤯

That’s just part of the business though and that’s also why we try and make it as easy as possible to communicate with our members. Literally text, DM, email or come talk to us at the gym. We are each in both locations 7 days a week!

We feel so blessed to have such an amazing community of people. Seriously, thank you!
