Congratulations to the Los Angeles Ballet Trainees in collaboration with Westside Ballet of Santa Monica who have officially earned contracts with LAB! 🩰♥️🙏

This achievement is the result of an exceptional year filled with relentless hard work dedication perseverance discipline and an unwavering commitment to growth. Every class rehearsal performance challenge setback and breakthrough contributed to this moment.

As the conditioning coach for the LAB dancers and trainees and as a member of the wellness team at Westside Ballet, it has been incredibly rewarding to witness the evolution of these young artists. We worked closely alongside the Westside Ballet and LAB faculty to help develop not only their physical strength, mobility, stability, and resilience but also their confidence in movement and overall athletic capacity as dancers.

Our goal was to provide them with the tools to move more efficiently perform more powerfully recover more effectively and build bodies capable of meeting the demands of a professional dance career. Watching them apply that work in the studio to stage and now seeing it culminate in professional contracts is something truly worth celebrating.

This accomplishment belongs to the dancers their teachers coaches families and the entire support system that helped them along the way. The future is bright and this is only the beginning
