This May 23rd join us at 9 am for our annual Murph workout.
🏃🏻♀️ 1 mile run ( 2 laps around campus )
💪🏼 100 pull-ups
💥 200 push-ups
💨 300 air squats
🏃🏻♂️ 1 mile run ( 2 laps )
Don’t let the numbers intimidate you! Go at your own pace, and feel free to rest in between sets. Aaron will be hosting this year and will be on hand to help with modifications. Stop by the front desk for any details.
