Three years ago, I took over ownership of Good Body Pilates Studio, a studio that has been serving the Santa Monica community since 2011. This year also marks 20 years since I taught my very first Pilates session.

Last night, we were honored to be named Santa Monica’s MOST LOVED Pilates Studio for the 3rd year in a row and Santa Monica’s MOST LOVED Independent Business.

As a small business owner, there are plenty of challenges, long days, and moments when you wonder if you’re getting it right. Receiving these awards is a reminder that what we’re building matters.

Thank you to every client who walks through our doors and trusts us with their movement. Thank you to our incredible instructors, whose expertise, care, and dedication make Good Body what it is. And thank you to my husband, business partner, and biggest supporter, Justin.

We’re proud to continue the studio’s legacy while creating a welcoming, expert, and community-centered space where people can move better, feel stronger, and live life more fully.
