🧡🖤 COACH SPOTLIGHT: JASON AMAROSA! 🥎

To wrap up our coaching staff introductions for the 2026–2027 season, we conclude with Coach Jason Amarosa!

Coach Jason is the head coach of Sarasota Swag 10U, where he focuses on developing young athletes through strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Jason brings an impressive athletic background, including experience coaching select soccer and developmental softball, along with competing in baseball, football, and rugby. His rugby career even included playing for a national championship!

🏆 Last season, Coach Jason led his MSS 10U team to a championship as head coach!

His coaching philosophy goes beyond wins and losses. He believes in helping athletes develop discipline, support their teammates, compete with confidence, and take pride in everything they do, both on and off the field.

We're excited to welcome Coach Jason to the Lady Sailors family! His experience, passion, and commitment to developing young athletes will be a great addition to our program.

With our coaching staff now complete, we're ready to get to work and make the 2026–2027 season one to remember!

Let's all take a moment and recognize Miss Sarasota Softball as a supporter of the Lady Sailors Softball Golf Tournament!

Established in 1976, Miss Sarasota Softball has spent decades helping grow the game right here in our community. Their mission is centered on empowering young women through softball while developing fundamentals, confidence, communication, work ethic, accountability, self-respect and integrity.

There’s also a special connection between our programs. Miss Sarasota helps introduce and develop young players in our community, and Sarasota High gives many of those same athletes the opportunity to continue competing at the next level.
