Congratulations Angela on your second Chicago Marathon! 🔥🔥🧡

The first time she ran was back in 2015 🗓️

She’s always had a passion for running, but over time, life got busier, the weight started creeping on, and it became harder to stay on track 😮‍💨

When Angela started training at BBF, her goal was to lose body fat, gain muscle, and become a stronger runner 💪🏽🔥

Fast forward to today — she’s kept the weight off and is running her second Chicago Marathon 💥🙌🏽

Meet Mitzi — she joined BBF with her sister (who actually found us first 👯‍♀️), and though she started out just feeling tired of feeling tired, she made a decision to take control of her health and body.

Everyone’s fitness journey is so unique… and that’s what makes every transformation so special ❤️ Anna started her fitness journey at the young age of 13 🥹

It’s not just about physical change — it’s about the “why,” the heart behind it, and the person becoming stronger in every way.

Anna started training at BBF just before she turned 14. I still remember the day she walked in with her mom. She was a little nervous but had this quiet excitement about her. After we talked, she turned to her mom and said, “I really want to do this. I feel comfortable here.” 🥹💕

From the start, I told her something I always remind my girls:
Love yourself through every stage.

You are so much more than how you look. The way you treat yourself, talk to yourself, and show up for yourself — that’s what creates real change, inside and out 🩷

Fast forward a year later… Anna has done amazing things.

She’s lost body fat, built muscle, and most importantly — built confidence.

She joined her high school soccer and golfteams, started cooking meals at home, and has found joy in making healthier choices — all while still being a fun, full-of-life teenager ❤️

These early years are so important. We’re not just training — we’re laying the groundwork for lifelong habits, self-love, and a healthy relationship with food and movement.

Anna honestly feels like a little sister to me now 🩷 Watching her grow and having her (and her sweet mom) trust us to be part of her journey is one of the most special parts of what I do.

Anna — you are beautiful, smart, kind, and so full of light. I’m beyond proud of you, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things your high school years will bring 💫

This is the perfect example of body recomposition! 💪🏼

Liliana “technically” gained weight, but guess what? She dropped body fat while gaining muscle mass! In just 8 weeks, she lost 2.3lbs of fat and gained 2.4lbs of muscle 🔥

She doesn’t let the scale define her progress. Instead, she uses it as a tool to measure her journey.

Her clothes fit better, she has more energy, and she feels more confident than ever. The same amazing girl that walked into BBF is still the same—just better! ✨

It’s been beyond fulfilling watching Shea’s transformation!

She started training at BBF back in 2022 because her cousin had gotten amazing results! Plus one of her good friends from nursing school, Vanessa, also trained at BBF!

Shea always had a passion for working out before starting at BBF, but wanted to see more physical results, so she decided to take the chance…
