⭐️ DOUBLE Employee Spotlight: Meet Kade and Ricardo!
In between managing tee sheets and coordinating golf ops, they've taken on growing the game for the next generation as Grayhawk PGA Jr. League All-Star coaches. While the number one goal (of course) is to have fun, they're learning that the junior golfers can be just as competitive as the pros. "It's fun because you can tell that the kids care and really want to improve their game," Ricardo says, explaining the practice environment. "All of the coaches have a background in golfing from a young age, so it's cool to pass on the knowledge we got from our mentors along with our own tips and tricks," says Kade, speaking on the coaching experience. Both coaches are participating in the PGM Program through Grayhawk, and as North Dakota and Pennsylvania natives, are soaking up the desert sunshine and playing time to perfect their own games. Next time you stop by the shop, check in with Kade or Ricardo and ask about their best round at the club!
