After the red flag restart, Turn 1 looked like somebody spilled a bag of Skittles—bikes and riders everywhere. 🌈💥 Somehow, Loris Baz came through the chaos unscathed and went straight to work.
Baz charged his way through the field all the way to P1, taking his first Superbike podium of the season with a WIN and putting the new Warhorse HSBK Ducati Flo4Law Panigale V4 R on the top step of the box! 🏆🔥🇫🇷
Unfortunately, Ben Smith was caught up in the Turn 1 melee on the restart, ending his Race 3 with a DNF.
What a way to close out the weekend. 🏁

Race 2 in the books at VIR. 🏁 Loris Baz brings it home P6, while Ben Smith’s race ended early after a crash resulted in a DNF. One more shot today. 👊

Loris Baz brings it home in P5. Ben Smith was running strong in P4 before an unlucky off-track excursion. A timely red flag gave him another shot, restarting from P21 and fighting his way back through the field to finish P10.
One down, two more to go tomorrow as the triple-header weekend continues. 👊🏁
