Our 6-week Intro to Women’s Sparring is BACK and this time we added a concurrent program to our Skyway gym for all our Southside girlies. We’ve still got a few spots open before we kick (step-punch) things off on June 8th!
Classes are M/W 6:30-7:30 pm in Skyway and T/Th 6:30-7:30 pm in Ballard
