The calm before the storm. Figuratively and literally. It got REAL windy as soon as we wrapped up this final cross country meet!

Here at Olympics Edge Timing we are busy. besides offering timing services to our local schools Chris and I also coach club track for Olympics Edge Track and Field and we have our first ever club intrasquad meet. We will be handling the timing of this meet but it would mean so much to us and our athletes if we had more help with our throwing and jumping events. If you can help on May 16th please sign up for one of the events and don't worry one of our coaches will be there to assist and ensure you have the tools to make the day a success.

It’s fun to switch it up. XC meets are quick but the prep the night before assigning bib numbers is the real chore.

That’s a wrap on our first high school track season. We were out there in hail, pouring rain, wind and the beautiful sunshine delivering results for hundreds of athletes and coaches. We timed 8 total meets and had the best time out there. We’ve got a few more xc meets for the west sound middle school league and the new local track club’s instra squad meet before we pack up for the summer and hopefully start looking doing some more All Comers track meets. We had a great time adventuring outside of our comfort zone last night. We helped out Auburn Riverside High School time their meet against Tahoma High school. It was a last minute booking after their timing system went down.
