Car had good speed. Going 6 -> 3.

We sadly got hit as another car came back onto the track, unfortunate deal as we didn’t have what we needed to start the A.

We planned on running i90 tonight, but with last nights situation… we will stick to running Huset's Speedway tomorrow.

Back in the gym preparing for 2026.. Still sore, but feeling good!

I personally believe that I was able to walk away from that wreck on Sunday due to the workouts I do / have done for the last few years.

Squat. Deadlift. Bench.

Workout your neck and shoulders.

If football taught me anything.. Some injuries are inevitable.. but most are avoidable.

Physical update:

I’m sore, and my head is still ringing.. but nothing major is wrong. Nothing torn and nothing broken
