Celebrating September's Employee of the Month at Barron South County: Ms. Charlene! 💜 Charlene did gymnastics from 1st through 3rd grade and has been involved in school cheer since 7th grade, and that athletic background gave her a lifelong love of teamwork and staying active! 🤸 She's hoping to pursue a career in medicine, with her sights set on neurology, anesthesiology, or child psychiatry, and she loves working with kids because she gets to help them build confidence and create positive memories along the way. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends, shopping, swimming, and doing her own nails. 💅

Celebrating September's Employee of the Month at Barron South County: Ms. Chloe! 💜 Chloe has been teaching gymnastics at Barron since 2020, from Parent and Tot all the way up to Advanced Girls, and floor has always been her favorite event to coach! 🤸 She's currently studying finance at Lindenwood University with her sights set on becoming a CPA, and she's also the proud guardian of her 7-year-old sister, who loves gymnastics just as much as she does. Outside of work, she loves reading, hiking, and spending time with her two cats. 🐱

Celebrating September's Employee of the Month at Barron Ballwin: Ms. Isabella! 💜 A competitive dancer since she was two years old, Isabella brings that same discipline and heart into the gym every day. One of her proudest moments was performing her first dance solo, pushing past her fear of the stage to do it! 🎭 She's studying toward becoming a pediatric physical therapist and loves working with kids because every single one of them has such a big, unique personality. Outside of work, she loves hanging out with friends and family, shopping, reading, and a good movie night. 🍿

Please join us in celebrating Katie’s promotion to Office Director for Gymnastics, Ninja, and Dance at our Ballwin location!

With over 25 years of customer service experience and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Katie has been a natural fit at Barron since day one. She loves brightening customers’ days and embraces Barron’s mission of helping children learn and grow at their own pace while celebrating every student’s success. Her creativity and problem-solving skills — sharpened as co-founder of a small wooden décor business — will shine in this new role.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys yoga, running, paddleboarding, and crafting. She’s a proud mom of three and an animal lover.
