Intuitive Guide for Healing, Expression, and Spirit Connection

Helping women like you to shed the masks you’ve worn for way too long to survive and step into the power of your authentic self expression. As a woman who found herself struggling and burnt out in her personal and professional life, I realized it stemmed from constant validation, people-pleasing, and overwhelming anxiety. The unexpect

Have you ever convinced yourself that you've lost your creativity?

I think so many of us have.

We assume that because inspiration isn't flowing, something must be wrong with us.
So we push harder.
Try another strategy.
Buy another course.
Wait for motivation.

But what if your creativity isn't disappearing?
What if it's communicating?

One of the biggest lessons I've learned—both personally and through working with clients—is that creative block and burnout often look similar on the surface, but they ask for very different things.

Sometimes creativity needs courage.
Sometimes it needs rest.
And sometimes the most compassionate thing we can do isn't force ourselves to create—it's become curious about what we're actually experiencing.

If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself or wondering where your creativity went, I hope this episode reminds you that you're not broken.

Your creativity may simply be waiting for you to listen.

Sometimes what we call “starting over” is actually something deeper.

It’s an invitation to reconnect with parts of yourself that got lost along the way.

The roles may change.

The identity may shift.

But there is still a part of you underneath it all that knows the way home.
Healing is not about going back to who you were before.

Because the truth is…

You’re not meant to go back.

You’re meant to integrate what you’ve experienced and discover who you are becoming.

Warning! New puppy playing with crunchy sounding toy in the background. Maybe someday our new standard poodle, Solomon, will make an appearance on your daily dose of creativity. Until then, listen to this one about signs and synchronicities!

Sometimes the hardest part of change isn’t just losing what was…
It’s figuring out who you are now.

In this week’s episode, I sit down with Dr. Susan Edkins to talk about grief, identity shifts, nervous system healing, and the unexpected ways life can open us up after loss.

Susan shares her journey from questioning her intuitive experiences to trusting them, and how her background in science helped her create a bridge between research, spirituality, and healing.

We talk about:
🌿 Why grief isn’t linear
🌿 How the body holds what we experience
🌿 Simple ways to calm your nervous system
🌿 Signs, synchronicities, and finding meaning
🌿 Why creativity is part of healing (even if you don’t consider yourself “creative”)

This conversation felt like two friends talking over coffee — honest, compassionate, and full of hope.

I hope it reminds you that wherever you are in your journey, you’re not alone.

🎧 Tune into this week’s episode of Creative by Nature.

How do you take care of yourself?

07/29/2026

Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do next.

It's realizing you've been living so long on autopilot that you've forgotten what you actually want.

You keep showing up for everyone else.
You keep carrying all the things.
From the outside, your life may even look "fine."

But inside...
there's a quiet voice asking,

"Where did I go?"

The women I work with aren't broken.
They're often incredibly capable, compassionate, creative women who have simply spent years disconnected from themselves.

Our work together isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the expectations, the roles, the fear, and the conditioning.

That's where real change begins.

If you've been longing to reconnect with yourself, there are a few different ways we can work together—from private 1:1 sessions to creative healing experiences, workshops, and my upcoming Expressed fall cohort.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

✨ I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

How do you hit the reset button for yourself?

07/28/2026

One thing I've realized over the years is that people don't come to me because they want coaching.

Or Reiki.
Or mindset work.
Or intuitive insight.

They come because something in their life isn't feeling aligned anymore.

Sometimes they need clarity.
Sometimes they need encouragement.
Sometimes they need someone to notice the pattern they've been too close to see.

That's why every session I offer is personalized. You don't have to know what tool you need.

That's my job.

Your job is simply to show up with curiosity and a willingness to explore what's possible. We'll discover the path together.
