Happy Monday and October 🎃 I loved this static training, and bonus, I threw a flip after more than 2 years and it went better than I expected (especially at the end of my training). **f

Flashback Friday to April 2nd 😉 same combo, but 2 different angles! This was about 3 weeks after I had my acute intercostal injury, and was happy with what I could do at that point.

Two long combos from July 17th wearing the beautiful Zerone Design | For Everyday Pole Practice 💜 the first combo is did a true grip muscle up on both sides (train both sides always, at least with all foundational skills per level). And the second was a fun handstand combo 🤸🏼‍♀️

4 combos from yesterday's training ☺️ it was so nice to have my curtains open again too! I missed the natural light! Have a fantastic weekend 🙌🏼

Three combos I did September 1st. 💙 Have a wonderful Monday (and week)! 💋

All 4 combos from my last day as a 33 year old 😉 It was a great training, and I even did that first combo on my 'non-dominant' side! I'm starting to feel the itch to train new flips again (and relearn the few flips I had briefly before getting pregnant). Anyways, happy Sunday! 🌻 ☀️ Virgo ♍

How many devil's point shuffles did you count? 😉 I am weird and love doing these as an initial pole warm up! And the second combo, I taught bits to in my classes 💓 Happy Sunday! I hope you all have a wonderful new week! (It's my birthday week 😉)

Because I couldn't decided which one of this same combo I liked best, I'm posting all three 😅 Happy Friday!!

Two combos from April 6th 😉 I'm almost through with posting combos that were on my old phone 😅 I loved (and hated) the first combo with the transiton from eros to flatline. My hips wouldn't allow me to do it on my other side. And the second combo is a fun double reverse grab and handstand pop. 🤸🏼‍♀️ Happy Hump Day!
