Last Tuesday didn't go as 'planned' as my hand grip was sh*t due to extreme heat and monsoon humidity. And I trained in the morning when my studio is the hottest and does NOT cool down. I really wanted that muscle up into pencil Ayesha (which I can do no problem), but my top hand was not helping me. I will do this again once it cools down a bit or I train in the late afternoon (when it actually does cool down in my studio). 😅 ✌ (7/28/26)

I guess I'll just keep posting all the spin combos I have done this year, this week 😉 First one is strength, and the second one is a pretty flow with pretty shapes ❤️ This was at the end of my training April 9th.

April 30th static pole 💈 it was the first day I ever attempted this version of a muscle up, and I love it! I also miss the pre-summer grip days 😅 and the second video are just some of my favorite regrips 😉 Happy Sunday y'all!
