Learn Meditation:

Tonight sit in stillness during a guided 45 minute Hong Sau meditation based on teachings from Paramhansa Yogananda through programs at Ananda Worldwide.

7-8 arrive at 6:45 to get settled in.

We sing a few devotional songs, then sit with a lightly guided meditation and the soft tone of singing bowls. 🥣

Free / donation based - pay what you can!

All ages, no experience needed. (Full 90 minute Kirtan returns Sept 13th, tonight is stillness)
