Wednesday we talked about why we keep warm-ups short. Here’s exactly what ours looks like.
9 moves. 10 minutes. Every one earns its spot:
🔹 90/90 breathing — core stability
🔹 Dead bugs — dynamic core
🔹 Bridge — hips and glutes
🔹 Bird dog — core and balance
🔹 Shoulder taps — more core and balance
🔹 Lunge with reach — movement and mobility
🔹 Band pull-aparts — posture and shoulder health
🔹 Squat — introduce load
🔹 Swing — explosive, full-body primer
Nothing’s in there to fill time.
We want to make sure you know how much we value your time with workouts that support your life, every step of the way.
We only take 10 new semi-private members a month. Comment “STRUCTURE” and I’ll send you the details 👇

Check out Sue, Margaret, and Michele all pressing overhead!
They didn’t start there.
They worked their mobility. They followed the progression. And now they show up together, push each other, and press like it’s nothing.
This is what happens when age stops being the excuse and structure becomes the plan.
Proof that “busy adult” and “60s” don’t mean it’s too late — they mean you need a system that meets you where you are and builds from there.

Where should your limited training time actually go?
Not into a 20-minute warm-up.
Strength training is the highest-ROI thing you can do in the gym — it’s what builds muscle, drives fat loss, and changes how you look in your clothes. A warm-up’s only job is to get your body ready for that. Nothing more.
That’s why we cap warm-ups at 10 minutes. On a 50-minute session, that’s 40 minutes going toward the part that actually changes your body.
Structure isn’t just about what you do — it’s about where your time goes.
👀 Friday: we’ll show you the exact 10-minute warm-up we use with every client.

Muscle confusion is why your workouts feel hard and your results don’t show.
It sounds smart. Keep switching things up so your body “can’t adapt.” But adaptation is how change actually happens. Switch the workout every session and you lose the one thing that makes it work: a number to beat.
Progression beats variety. Every week, something has to go up.
Train 1-3x a week. Structured, not random. Sessions that build off each other instead of starting over. That’s what 90 days of real progression looks like.
Stop confusing. Start progressing.

40 lbs down in a year. Zero signs of stopping.
Nicki started with a simple goal: lose some weight, get healthier.
Then her partner proposed and “someday” became “for the wedding dress.”
In the last 12 months she’s lost 40 lbs and hasn’t slowed down once.
But the real story isn’t the scale. It’s what she rebuilt along the way.
Her knees were in rough enough shape that we kept her squats to a minimum.
Boxes, support, bare minimum range, just to move safely.
Now? She’s squatting with barbells and just signed up for her first official powerlifting meet.
She’s pulled her Mom and Dad into the program with her.
This is what structure does over a year — not a crash, not a streak. Just consistent, progressive coaching that compounds.
Proud of you, Nicki. Can’t wait to watch you on that platform.
Ready to build your own turnaround? Comment “READY” and we’ll get you booked for a Discovery Session.

Coaching is not just counting reps.
It’s deciding in real time how far each session can be pushed.
We’ve gotta make sure form, load, tempo, and energy are moving the right direction.
Those judgement calls are what separates really good programs from really good programs with a really good coach.
Want a coach making those calls for you? Book a Discovery call — link in bio.
