Ivory Tower Collections

Got my lumacode order in. I will go back through notes and messages to try and reach out to clients that were interested in getting additional consoles upgraded.

I should also end up hopefully with an extra rgb2hdmi kit or two as spares as well. Still waiting on the 3D shells for the rgb2hdmi converters before I have everything ready.

What I do have is the following available for console installs:

2 - GTIAdigitizers for use on the 5200 or 8 bit atari computers.
2 - MARIAdigitizers for use on 7800 consoles.
3 - TIAdigitizers for use on the 2600 consoles
2 - STICdigitizers for use with intellivision consoles. (One claimed)
2- PPUdigitizers for use with NES consoles.

Another Atari 7800 with a Lumacode upgrade is headed home to be enjoyed in glorious 1080P HDMI output! New capacitors and switches were also installed along with the power LED replaced with a Green one. Finally an audio input jack was added to allow easier use of the Atarivox or other audio sources to be mixed internally within the console's main audio. This being an early made 1984 Warner Era Atari 7800 console, I'm glad that these upgrades do not require any alterations or cutting of the case shell.

Still waiting on the main lumacode order to come in. This one is using parts I still have on hand currently.

Gamegear-2026-D:- is now headed home after having been at the ITC for quite some time. First to wait on the parts needed. Then those parts ended up not working right and generally, it was a much more involved project that initially expected. But new capacitors, replacement main board, replacement power supply board, and an older but still excellent McWill LCD upgrade v3.1 installed.

It has been several years since I installed a McWill LCD upgrade into a Game Gear. Still an amazing looking upgrade even today!

But i didn't miss how much more work these kits require to install lol!

The Atari Jaguar was the last of Atari's home game consoles that was released. It isn't often that I receive in one for services. This one was in proper working condition and was only requested to get the capacitors replaced along with a few other quality of life improvements. It was a good thing the owner sent it to me when they did as the main power filter capacitor had leaked out and was starting to corrode the traces on the main board. This was cleaned up and this big cat is roaring once again to play some games!

This is the nicest model 1 Lynx I've had come in to receive services. This one was to remain in stock condition but the owner still wanted new capacitors and the power stage section to be refreshed to ensure continued operation for the future!

This 2600 heavy sixer was sent in for general refurbishment and to have the game select and reset switches looked into. Both of the switches were quite worn and gummy from many years of use. So they were repaired and made working great again. But no other upgrades aside from the newer parts for refurbishment. This one was requested to leave in stock running condition and it is a beauty!
