Getting started is as easy as coming in to our free intro class or trying out a free trial class. You can sign up for a time on our website at NSXFit.com If you need any help please email us at ([email protected]) or call (509.845.9796)

Our free intro is a quick chat to answer any questions you might have. Before you sign up first ask yourself: Am I ready? Am I ready to sweat and learn? Am I ready

to embrace the uncomfortable as my new comfortable? Am I ready to become a better person and live a better life? Am I ready to live a healthier life? CrossFit is designed to push you to your mental and physical limitations. Once they are reached we will push you passed them, breaking you apart and rebuild you (in a fun and enjoyable way), we will have you doing things you have never done before or ever thought you could do. Once you have completed the free trial class your coach will guide you through the next steps in making you the athlete you are striving to be. During our visit if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

⚠️Step by Step Instructions⚠️ How to Transfer Your SugarWOD Workout History to PushPress Train
Follow these steps to export your workout history from SugarWOD and import it into PushPress Train.
Part 1: Export Your Workouts from SugarWOD
1. Open the SugarWOD app.
2.Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
3.Once you are on your account page, select Account Settings.
4.Scroll to and select Export Workouts.
5.Tap Export Workouts again to confirm.
6.SugarWOD will send your workout history file to you via email.
7.Open the email once you receive it.
8.Download and save the workout history file to your phone, tablet, or computer.
9.Make sure you know where the file is saved.
Part 2: Import Your Workouts into PushPress
1.Go to train.pushpress.com.
2.Log in using the same login method you normally used for SugarWOD.
3.Once you are signed in, click the three lines ☰ in the upper-left corner.
4.Select Workout History.
5.At the top of the Workout History page, click Import Scores.
6.Find and select the SugarWOD workout file you previously downloaded and saved.
7.Click Import to begin transferring your workout history.
8.Allow the import to finish completely.
9.Once the import is complete, your previous SugarWOD workout scores and history should now appear in PushPress Train.
⚠️Important: Do not close the page while the workout history is importing. Once the process is complete, check your Workout History to make sure your previous scores transferred correctly.
